I have worked in nursing for almost 20 years, the last 6 as a Nurse Practitioner. Working with the geriatric population, I have seen the debility and suffering chronic disease can cause. Unfortunately, most people don't know the root cause of their chronic conditions, or how to reverse them. And traditional medicine can only offer "a pill for all ills". But the conditions are never cured. In fact, most people end up on more and more medications, with little to no relief.

I personally struggled for years with gut dysfunction. Doctors couldn't tell me what was causing my symptoms, and all the medications they prescribed eventually failed to relieve them. They got so bad that I started to avoid going out to dinner, or attending parties and celebrations because I never knew when I would need to find a bathroom, or leave the function early due to nausea and other symptoms. When I discovered functional medicine, I learned the root cause of my symptoms and what to do to reverse them!

This is what led me to start Vitality Functional Nutrition & Wellness. Now I dedicate my time to getting to the root cause of dysfunction, and teaching people how to heal themselves naturally. My goal is to help you reduce, or reverse, the symptoms affecting your quality of life without medications!
